Each individual may register and maintain only one account at cxwelcome. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, payment methods or devices — is strictly prohibited. cxwelcome uses technical and manual methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are found, all accounts except the earliest-registered one will be closed, any bonuses forfeited and any withdrawals from suspected duplicate accounts may be reversed pending investigation.

cxwelcome accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. Minimum deposit amounts apply per method and are displayed at the point of transaction. You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name.
Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement and is non-negotiable. Before any withdrawal is processed, cxwelcome may require you to complete identity verification if not already done. Withdrawals are processed in PKR only.
If a deposit does not appear in your cxwelcome balance within 30 minutes of a successful payment on your end, contact our support team with your transaction reference number. cxwelcome will investigate and resolve confirmed deposits promptly. Any disputed transaction must be raised within 30 days of the transaction date.
All bets on cxwelcome are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of each selection, stake and market before confirming a bet. cxwelcome does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where a clear platform error is demonstrated.

Where a bet is voided, the stake is returned to the member's cxwelcome balance in full. No compensation beyond the stake return is payable for voided bets.
cxwelcome applies maximum payout limits per bet and per day. These limits vary by sport and market type and are displayed within the platform. Bets that would exceed the maximum payout limit will have their stake proportionally reduced at the time of placement.
In-play betting markets may be suspended or closed at any point during an event. cxwelcome cannot guarantee continuous availability of live markets. Accepted in-play bets are binding and will be settled at the odds confirmed at the time of acceptance, regardless of subsequent market movements.
cxwelcome offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each individual promotion, which will be clearly stated at the time of the offer. Where any conflict exists between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.
Bonus funds credited to your cxwelcome account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in its individual terms. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement of Rs 1,000 requires you to place Rs 10,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.

The cxwelcome name, logo and brand identity are proprietary marks. Unauthorised use of any cxwelcome brand element — including for the purpose of creating fake social media accounts, phishing pages or counterfeit promotional materials — is a violation of these Terms and applicable intellectual property law.
